ɬÀï·¬Student Support

At CIT, staff in ɬÀï·¬Student Support can provide you with guidance, referral and support through services such as counselling, disability support, migrant support and careers advice. While ɬÀï·¬Student Support has dedicated locations at four ɬÀï·¬sites, we assist students studying at all ɬÀï·¬locations. Phone or online support is available as an option.

Services are free, and confidential within the ɬÀï·¬Student Support team, which means information may be shared within the team to ensure you are provided with the best possible service.

New higher education requirements have been met by ɬÀï·¬with the new Higher Education Student Support Policy, please find below in the Relevant Documents.

Office hours: Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 4pm.

Main office locations: ɬÀï·¬Reid, Block A, Level 1, Room A110a (above Café Yala) and ɬÀï·¬Bruce Block H, Level 1, Room H136 (above Café Yala). Other ɬÀï·¬sites are by appointment only.

Appointment types: Phone, online video call (Teams Telehealth) or face to face.

All personal information collected by ɬÀï·¬is managed in accordance with the Information Privacy Act 2014 (ACT). ɬÀï·¬will not disclose your personal information to any third party, including your parent/guardian, without your consent, unless there is a legislative requirement to do so.
